This delicious recipe is my go-to for breakfast. It is whole food plant based and will keep you full until your next meal.
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Ground Flax
1 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened and Unsalted Nut Butter
1 Cup Raw Spinach or Kale Leaves
1 Cup of Water or Unsweetened Plant-based Milk
1/3 Cup Blueberries
3 Ice Cubes
Add all of the ingredients (in the order listed above) to a high powered blender. Pulse the blender until the greens are submerged in the mixture. From there, increase the blender and keep blending until the desired texture is reached.
