Recipe || Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

You'll need:

1 Cup of creamy peanut butter

1 Cup of light brown sugar

1 egg's worth of egg replacer (I use Bob's Red Mill)

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life vegan chips)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit

  2. In a bowl, with a spoon, combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate chips

  3. Once well combined, stir in the chocolate chips

  4. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, using a slightly rounded spoonful, drop the dough in rows one inch apart

  5. Bake for 9 minutes

  6. Let cook for at least 5 minutes before eating

  7. Store in the fridge in an air tight container
