Recipe || Healthy Pumpkin Pie

This recipe is "healthy" because it is whole food plant based. That means that it does not contain added sugar or oil. The pie is sweetened with dates!

You'll need:

1 Can of Pumpkin

10 Ounces of Silken Tofu

15 Pitted Dates (Soak overnight in advance or soak in boiling water for 20 minutes)

2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Whole Wheat Pie Crust (I use Wholly Wholesome)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth

  3. Poke holes in your pie crust using a fork

  4. Pour the blended filling into the pie crust

  5. Bake for 30 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
