Pasta (I used Banza )
Meat alternative (I used Impossible grounds)
Marinara Sauce (I used Raos Homemade Marinara)
1 Small Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Cook the Impossible grounds with 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil (follow directions on package)
Once cooked, add remaining 2 tbsp. of olive oil to the pan followed by the onion, garlic, chili flakes, and your marinara sauce.
Stir. Cover. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
While the above is cooking, make your pasta based on the package directions.
When everything is ready, stir to combine.
Serve and enjoy!
