You'll need:
5 Lbs. Potatoes
8 Ounces Kite Hill Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Unflavored Plant-Based Milk (If you can find Not Milk Whole that's the creamiest option for savory dishes)
1/2 Cup Vegan Butter or Margarine
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Boil Water and preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes (until soft)
Strain and place potatoes in a bowl
Mash potatoes
Add the remaining ingredients
Use an electric mixer to combine -DON'T overmix
Pour potatoes into a casserole dish
Bake for 30 minutes
(If you prepare this in advance and refrigerate, be sure to bake for a full hour so the potatoes are nice and hot)
