Recipe || Vegan Mashed Potatoes

You'll need:

5 Lbs. Potatoes

8 Ounces Kite Hill Cream Cheese

1 1/2 Cups Unflavored Plant-Based Milk (If you can find Not Milk Whole that's the creamiest option for savory dishes)

1/2 Cup Vegan Butter or Margarine

Salt and Pepper


  1. Boil Water and preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

  2. Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes

  3. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes (until soft)

  4. Strain and place potatoes in a bowl

  5. Mash potatoes

  6. Add the remaining ingredients

  7. Use an electric mixer to combine -DON'T overmix

  8. Pour potatoes into a casserole dish

  9. Bake for 30 minutes

  10. (If you prepare this in advance and refrigerate, be sure to bake for a full hour so the potatoes are nice and hot)
